QiQi Permanent Straightening
- priced on Consultation
QiQi permanent smoothing is a professional salon treatment that uses an acidic, non-alkaline formula to permanently change hair texture. It is a hybrid between keratin treatments and thermal straightening, using heat to reshape the hair’s disulphide bonds.
Unlike harsh chemical relaxers, Qiqi is formaldehyde-free, compatible with colour-treated hair and rejuvenates the hair rather than damaging it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the cost be cheaper if I don't want a shampoo or a blow-dry?
No. All our prices are inclusive. To ensure you get a perfect cut, we like to create our baseline of our cut while your hair is wet. Then, once dried, we can go through and soften and customise the style of your hair.
What if I am having a colour but NO cut?
Our packages include cuts, so if we aren’t doing a cut, then we will quote all services separately. But if you’re chasing amazing deals, our packages are the best way to go!
Do you provide quotes before starting a service?
Yes. All chemical services won’t commence until full consultation is completed with a quote to confirm the cost of the service with you.
Do you offer student discounts?
We offer some student colour packages and student cut prices only.
What happens if I’m late to my appointment?
If you’re running late, we ask that you call and let us know. If you’re going to be more than 15 minutes, your stylist may need to reschedule your appointment. This may lead to cancellation fees.
What if I don’t show up to my appointment?
We understand things happen, but just not showing means a stylist misses out on filling an appointment with a customer that may be waiting to get in. We have a no-show policy of invoicing 50% of your service if you choose to not show (this is at the manager’s discretion). We advise if you’ve forgotten, or something comes up, to call us and let us know. If you’ve not shown up three times to your appointment, you will be required to be paid upfront in full and no refund will be issued.
What if I have a strict budget?
We will always keep to a budget set by you! If you have a budget in mind, let your stylist know at the start of your consultation. This way, the stylist doesn’t waste your time quoting you services outside of your budget. It will also prevent time wasted in the consult discussing services that aren’t achievable with your budget.
Do you have a booking fee?
For large appointments, yes, but the $50 fee is redeemable on your service on the day.
What if I need to reschedule an appointment after I’ve paid the booking fee?
That’s fine. The credit will move with your appointment if you give us 48 hours’ notice or more.
Are vouchers available?
Yes! You can purchase these online here or in person! Your lucky receiver will have three years to use their gift!
