  • Can I bring pictures of what I want?

    Yes! Our stylists love to see your inspiration photos to get a clearer picture of what you’re looking to have done.

  • What if I love the salon but want to try another stylist, or my stylist is on holiday or sick?

    Try another stylist on our team! We don’t mind if you swap between us! After all, we all love getting to know you. And this means you’ll never be without a stylist.

  • Should I wash my hair before I come?

    No need. All our services include washes (except kids/student cuts). For any on-scalp lightening or colour correction, we recommend that you not wash your hair 2-4 days before your appointment.

  • Do you offer facial waxing and tinting?

    We sure do! We offer eyebrow tint and wax, eyelash tint and lift, nostril wax, lip wax, chin wax, cheek wax, and ear wax.

  • What if my stylist is running behind?

    We know your time is just as precious as ours. We strive to stay on schedule all the time. If your stylist falls more than 15 minutes behind, another stylist will try to call you to let you know. If we’ve not been able to get in contact, we will always let you know when you arrive so you can always get some shopping done if needed. 

  • Do I need to book an appointment?

    Appointments are necessary, but sometimes on the off chance you may be able to walk in or get a last-minute appointment. It never hurts to call up and ask!

  • Can I book online?

    Yes, through our website, Facebook or Instagram!

  • How do I find you?

    We are across from The Range Shopping Centre in Thrive Suites. You’ll find us near Applebom.

  • What if I don’t want to book a service as I don’t know what I would like done yet?

    We offer a free consultation, which means you can have a short appointment to sit down, discuss your hair goals with a stylist and obtain a quote.
